Who we are?

Italia Highlights is a Tuscany based Destination Management Company specialized in inbound to Italy and events organization. Since 1994 Luca Carnesecchi, its founder and Ceo, has been developing partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, creating new programs and improving vacation ideas in our country for leading companies looking for bespoke programs for independent travellers, groups and private events.

Programs and destinations in central, southern and northern Italy

The programs on this website are the result of a constant research and selection of experiences and suppliers to always propose the best solutions for our partner companies.

We provide assistance through a network of local guides and assistants for packages all around our country for groups or independent travelers tailoring any selected traveling arrangement to make any holiday a memorable experience.

Our bespoke programs for private tours are the result of a great selection of top end suppliers and experiences, exclusive locations, behind closed doors properties, private villas and estate for rent, for a real Italian Lifestyle Experience.

Eventually, our events department focuses on meetings and events in Tuscany in parternship with some historic hotel companies and other services providers with the aim of promoting our region as a destination for corporate events and groups through the excellences and unique experiences that it offers.
